Why CannaPark exists.
Getting into cannabis in Minnesota is genuinely hard. The OCM licensing process alone requires 11 preliminary documents of record, county approvals, 7 Final Procedures of Record, and a pre-licensing inspection before a single plant can legally be grown. On top of that, cannabis operators face banking challenges that don't exist in other industries, local zoning hurdles that can stall a project for months, and the technical demands of building a compliant cultivation operation from the ground up.
Large multi-state operators absorb all of this with existing legal and compliance infrastructure. Independent operators are on their own — unless they have CannaPark.
